Would they be too caramel-y inside, I wondered, but no, you solved that by making it a truffle with caramel infusion.

The fact that they are also on sale for 3.99 a box for 27 truffles makes me pretty happy too!
Oh gosh...those sound soooo good! I wish there was a Whole Foods in my area. But there's not. :(
