Recently Mr. Wonderful brought home a stash of chocolate for me; some Ghiradelli dark, Ghiradelli with toffee, and a bar from Valor. This Valor bar has pears in it... delicious! It reminds me of the chocolate pear cake we had on Lincoln Road here in South Beach at Tiramesu (our oldest Italian restaurant)... sadly they aren't making it anymore, but the manager gave me the recipe :). It's a subtle flavor- give it a try and enjoy!
